Will it sound like a robot?

Is it really a receptionist?
It answers in your business name, on your own number, takes the details, reads them back and books the job. What it will not do is guess: emergencies are sent to you, not booked in.
Am I tied in?
For 10 days, no: tell us in writing and it ends, with nothing more to pay each month. After that it is 12 months at £447 a month; leaving early within those 12 months costs 50% of the months left, minimum £500. Full terms.
What does the setup fee pay for?
Building your receptionist: bespoke AI configuration, Twilio provisioning, Google integrations and onboarding. It is non-refundable once onboarding begins, unless we fail to get you live within 72 hours, in which case you get it all back.
What do I have to do?
Fill in a short form about your business, your services, your prices and your working hours, then dial one divert code on your phone. We build the rest.
What if it books something wrong?
Every call is logged with what was said and what was booked, so you can see it and put it right. It reads the postcode and number back before it books.
What about an emergency — gas, flooding, sparks?
It gives safety guidance first, before taking any details, then escalates to you instead of booking it in like a routine job.
